Sherita Shepherd strives to assist individuals experiencing mood and behavioral challenges, as well as those who find themselves struggling to manage and adjust to sudden life changes. She enjoys helping clients identify needs to overcome barriers and feel empowered to take on life’s challenges. After completing her undergraduate studies in psychology, she went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. she is certified in drug and alcohol counseling in the state of Arkansas and have more than five years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and enjoy providing a safe space for diverse clients to explore their needs and challenges.
