My name is Angela Brown, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a MSW from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio, graduating in 2015. I am also a 2012 graduate of University of Arkansas at Monticello with a BSW. I begin my employment with Living Hope Southeast as an Intern in 2014 and begin working as a therapist in 2015. For the past 8 years, I have worked with the school-based client population as well as serving clients within the clinic at the Monticello office. I particularly enjoy working with clients who have anxiety and depression, ADHD, some conduct issues, as well as trauma and grief/loss. I believe that everyone has a voice, and everyone deserves to be heard, therefore one of the most important functions of my job is to listen to what is spoken as well as unspoken. My therapeutic approach is often relaxed and humanistic to allow clients to be comfortable and reach their own unique full potential.
