Greg Stephens, M.D.
Physician

Dr. Stephens is experienced in psychiatric services, having received his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine, and working as a Psychiatrist in Louisiana and Arkansas.  He has Arkansas roots, growing up in the North Little Rock and Conway, Arkansas, areas. Dr. Stephens provides services at the Living Hope Monticello Clinic.


Shannon Centers
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Shannon has over 17 years of experience in the mental health business. She graduated from UALR, majoring in Business Administration and Human Resources. Shannon embraces the core values of growth and innovation. During her tenure with LHSE, she has developed and created programs to move the company forward with great success.


April Washington
Corporate Compliance and Information Exchange Coordinator

April graduated from UALR with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with emphasis in education and promotion. She has been providing support in various capacities in the mental health field for over 15 years.


Brandon Saulsberry
IT Technician

Brandon is LHSE’s IT Coordinator. His Network Engineer experience includes comprehensive expertise in network operations, network engineering, and telecommunications. He works with LHSE’s IT systems and provides staff service and trouble-shooting.


Jessica Allen
Clinical Compliance and Education Coordinator

Jessica Allen has been an employee of LHSE since 2007 and currently is responsible for assessing educational needs of staff, coordinating continuing education programs based upon identified needs of clinical staff, and ensures consistency and reliability in the training of clinical staff. Jessica is also responsible for ensuring that services are provided in accordance with standards and guidelines disseminated by accrediting and regulatory agencies.
