Monica Gonzalez, QBHP
QBHP, Hot Springs-Glen Rose Schools

Monica currently works as a school-based Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, where she has been for over 5 years, serving both English and Spanish-speaking populations. She recently graduated with her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University and am awaiting licensure. Some of my personal interests include hiking, tabletop games, and watching Marvel movies. I am very excited to continue working with the child and adolescent population after licensure! My main goal in working with these populations is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for individuals to learn, heal, and grow. I have a relaxed and non-judgmental approach which helps me to encourage clients to be their authentic selves so we can collaborate together in reaching their personal goals, coping with anxiety and depression, and finding inner peace. “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” – Carl Rogers
