Elizabeth A. Fiser

Elizabeth Fiser is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from Walden University. Elizabeth has a background in psychiatry as well as in-depth knowledge of psychosomatic/addiction medicine. Uniquely, she also possesses a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree, which she utilizes to solve complex problems, enhance patient care, promote health education, and integrate health technology. With Elizabeth’s clinical experience, and creative forward thinking, she is a strong advocate for those under her care, and she fiercely believes that providers play a pivotal role in shaping today’s youth. Elizabeth provides psychotherapy as well as medication management to clients of all ages for all behavioral/mood disorders. She also specializes in addiction therapy and medication assisted treatment in which she prescribes Suboxone.
Alli Reese McGathy, QBHP

Alli McGathy, a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, works at the Glen Rose School District. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is currently attending Southern Arkansas University online to finish her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is on the path to graduate in 2024. Alli married Gunner McGathy a little over a year ago, and after work, enjoys spending time with her dogs, Honey and Huck, and working at her church, Sharon Baptist.
Tiffany Wood, QBHP

Tiffany currently works as a school- based Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, where she has been for over 4 years. Her personal interests include spending time with her family, traveling, and social outings. She finds purpose by empowering clients with tools to be successful in their daily tasks as well as future endeavors. I enjoy working with children and adolescents because of the impact it not only has on my life, as well as the difference I see in the clients on their journey towards a healthier and happier mental well-being. My main goal in working with the clients is to provide them with a non-judgmental atmosphere where they are free to express themselves and feeling comfortable enough to seek support towards reaching their goals.
Johnny Zamorano, LAC

Johnny graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree from Henderson State in clinical mental health counseling. I plan on pursuing a doctorate. I serve the elementary, junior, high school, and young adult population. I am an ally of students and clients, facilitating collaboration, mending hope for families, enabling successful outcomes, and helping students thrive. I live by the quote “be the person who you needed when you were younger.” My interests include exercise, learning, outdoor activities, and dogs.
