Dr. Haas, M.D., is a psychiatry specialist and has been practicing over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and is the Medical Director at Living Hope.


Greg Stephens, M.D.
Physician

Dr. Stephens is experienced in psychiatric services, having received his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine, and working as a Psychiatrist in Louisiana and Arkansas.  He has Arkansas roots, growing up in the North Little Rock and Conway, Arkansas, areas. Dr. Stephens provides services at the Living Hope Monticello Clinic.


Shannon Centers

Shannon has over 17 years of experience in the mental health business. She graduated from UALR, majoring in Business Administration and Human Resources. Shannon embraces the core values of growth and innovation. During her tenure with LHSE, she has developed and created programs to move the company forward with great success.


Elizabeth A. Fiser
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Elizabeth Fiser is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from Walden University.  Elizabeth has a background in psychiatry as well as in-depth knowledge of psychosomatic/addiction medicine.  Uniquely, she also possesses a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree, which she utilizes to solve complex problems, enhance patient care, promote health education, and integrate health technology. With Elizabeth’s clinical experience, and creative forward thinking, she is a strong advocate for those under her care, and she fiercely believes that providers play a pivotal role in shaping today’s youth.  Elizabeth provides psychotherapy as well as medication management to clients of all ages for all behavioral/mood disorders.  She also specializes in addiction therapy and medication assisted treatment in which she prescribes Suboxone.


Jennifer Rawls
MNSc, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides diagnosis and treatment for a variety of mental health conditions across the lifespan, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She offers medication management and psychotherapy with a collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based approach. Jennifer provides services at the Living Hope Little Rock clinic.

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She earned a Master of Nursing Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
