JReceives calls and determines the nature of business, directs callers to the appropriate destination. The Associate updates client’s records and insurance information. Greets clients and schedules appointments and calls clients to verify appointment times. The Associate will perform a variety of routine clerical, secretarial and administrative duties. This position creates a positive first and last impression for the clinic and is pivotal to the clinic running smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Coordinating customer service activities for
the clinic – assist in resolving complaints.
Provides insurance verification and
Calculates and collects client deposits and
finalizes payment arrangements.
Provides insurance follow-up and collection of
Secondary Functions: Other duties as may be assigned by Clinic Manager or Clinical Coordinator.
Educational/Skills: High School Graduate, prefer
some experience in aspects of business office functions and/or efficient in
provider insurance activities, payment arrangements, and electronic records;
ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner
