Client Service Representative (Little Rock, AR)

Job Summary: Supervises and trains department staff as assigned by the Coordinator. Prepares reports for Coordinator and Administration for billing and collections update. Responsible for filing and tracking insurance claims and informing clients of their claim’s status.

Essential Functions:

  1. Front Desk Operations (Scheduling, Check-In, Check-Out, and Phone Reception). 
  2. Insurance Verifications, Prior Authorizations, and PCP Referrals. 
  3. Assists with duties related to Provider Insurance Paneling and Maintenance. 
  4. Follow up with assigned clinician managing case load.  
  5. Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Skills:       High School graduate, prefer some experience in aspects of business office functions and/or efficient in provider insurance activities, payment arrangements, and electronic records; ability to work with clinicians and/or physicians in a collaborative manner.

Licensure:                  None required.

Experience:               A minimum of one year of experience working in a mental health office setting is preferred.
