Job Summary: Supervises and trains department staff as assigned by the Coordinator. Prepares reports for Coordinator and Administration for billing and collections update. Responsible for filing and tracking insurance claims and informing clients of their claim’s status.
Education/Skills: High School graduate, prefer some experience in aspects of business office functions and/or efficient in provider insurance activities, payment arrangements, and electronic records; ability to work with clinicians and/or physicians in a collaborative manner.
Licensure: None required.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working in a mental health office setting is preferred.
